Pinckney Island Wildlife Refuge

Once part of a 19th century plantation property, this 4,000-acre refuge includes Pinckney Island, Corn Island, Big and Little Harry Islands, and Buzzard Island.

The rich diversity of wildlife found on Pinckney Island includes waterfowl, raptors, white-tailed deer, American alligators, white ibis, herons, and egrets.

In addition to wildlife viewing, visitors can go fishing and take advantage of over 14 miles of hiking and biking trails.
